Ru Morgot's Gossip Corner
[the scheduled commercials pause, the screen turns white. a pair of black painted lips kiss the screen before it fades to that oh so familiar studio] [a woman sitting behind the desk only the lower half of her face visible]
Ru: "Welcome once more to my little Gossip corner~ have you birdies missed me? we got some interesting ones today my Birdies. we even have some Pictures to back things up. However they are still Rumours. believe what you want to~ I'm just bringing the Tea of Sol~"
[the studio turns a Minty Teal, GTT's Logo Lighting up in the corner]
Ru: "we have some upgrades to our studio~ do you like them, my Birdies? the show is getting a little personal. turns out that one of the Birdies saw that Doctor Jovan Dior almost lost his hair. his almost perfect hair might be a toupée Scandalous is it not? it is a little hard to believe but, I'm not here to convince. I'm here to tell what I hear~ I wonder if this is true, what more does the good doctor have to hide"
Ru: "but that's not all. Doctor Ophelia Faith has been seen wandering around on Luna with Franklin Hughes, the owner of Nom Nom Noodles [Not a sponsor]. with the recent happenings around Cocoon station and Mars it makes you wonder. are they just dating?...or are they plotting things together? Maybe they were working together to deal all these misfortunes. the Little birdy that whispered gently in my ears even provided pictures~ now these are not concrete proof of what is happening. it does make you think and wonder~"
[the lights turn a deep dark red and the Logo of the Akuma appears in the corner now]
Ru: "to think I would get this Rumour shoved on my lap. Normally I refrain from talking about them too much but this one was a little too Juicy. so Momma Ru is going to take a risk. a Birdy told Momma Bird that they have seen someone that looked like they belonged to the Crime Syndicate. they claim that they saw them messing with Chimera on Mars. weaponizing them. Now I'm just telling what I'm told by an anonymous source so don't hurt the messenger. KA if you read this I'm just doing what I love. spilling the Tea of Sol to those who need to hear it."
[the studio changes to a murky green. and a small earth appears in the corner]
Ru: "a Brave Birdy told Momma Ru that the Robotics and AI on earth are getting more restless again. attacking settlements and what not. they claim to have seen one from before the war. now that is quite the claim is it not?"
[the studio turns a soft Reddish purple now and the wolfs head, the Logo of Coven now pops up]
Ru: "A Cute Little Birdy told Momma Ru that Coven has been more active on Cocoon Station. trying to throw their weight around with the local gangs. this Birdy told that they saw some of them trying to ask for protection money from poor smaller store clerks. if the rumours are true then this group will certainly try to get a stronger foothold on the station. but that's just that. a rumour. believe it if you will or don't~"
Ru: "that will have to do it my little Birdies. as always, keep tweeting your juicy rumours to Momma Ru and I shall share it with the System~ take care and see you in the next episode~"
[the screen once more fades to white. the screen gets kissed by the black painted lips and the Scheduled commercials continue once more]
