Under the leadership of CEO Tsukuyo Nishio, Shinsoku Forgeworks aims to extend a hand to those still affected by the lingering effects of the Transcendence War that ravaged earth so long ago.

The First Step Initiative offers eligible applicants guaranteed employment within Shinsoku Forgeworks, along with company provided housing.
