Morpheus Group Management, the Hospitality and Entertainment company will be hosting an Open Mic night at Pulse, the high end cocktail and supper bar in Sector Three on Cocoon Station.

The event is going to take place on Saturday 4th August, starting at 2 pm local Cocoon time, and the most voted performer will be rewarded with a prize of 10000 credits, issued by MGM. We have with us the event host, Mr Xavier, who kindly agreed to be interviewed and give us more details about this new event that we are sure, will be as successful and glamorous as the previous ones held at the prestigious venue.

Robin Wright: "Xavier, could you please introduce yourself for our spectators? . Who are you and what do you do at MGM?"

Xavier: Xavier looked away for a moment and thought a little too hard on the question of who he was, as if it was the most important question of them all. "Uh...my name's Xavier, and I'm in the tech field...sort of. In my free time I help out with the Hospitality Division. I really enjoy the interactions with the customers, and it's really what sparked the ideas for not only the Open Mic Night, but other events."

RW: "Thank you. And, how did you come up with the idea of an open mic event?"

Xavier slowly smiled at the first question, glancing at the ground a moment.

X: "Well, I was thinking of something different and fun than the usual parties. A friend had taught me about joking and humor, and seeing how enjoyable it was, I figured there was no reason not to spread the joy. I think it would be good, for both those on stage and the audience, no matter if it's songs, stories, or jokes."

RW: "It seems it's going to be a terrific event, full of creativity. Finally, what does that mean and what can guests and attendants expect?"

X: "I believe guests can expect a pleasant surprise. There might be locals they see everyday and had no idea that they sang or wrote poetry in their free time. It would be an opening up of sorts, and hopefully no judgment to those trying their spot on stage who are new to their hobby or might be even trying it for the first time at the event."
