Tonight's top story:

Early yesterday evening, a man was gunned down in one of the sub-level alleyways of Chinatown, Cocoon Station.

Shaky, blurry footage plays of a man acting panicked, followed by a hand with a gun coming into frame and shooting him

Witnesses allege there were three gunmen, who immediately removed the body of their victim and disappeared.

Here's what a few witnesses had to say:

"I saw the whole thing, man...these guys came right up and pulled out their guns...the man was freaking the fuck out, then BAM! His brains were all over the FUCKIN' WALL, man!"

"It's just another day for us. This is Chinatown. Can't stand the heat, get out the kitchen, choom."

"Armitech is everywhere and people are STILL getting gunned down in the street! Are they gonna do something about this or not? Shit, or get off the pot!"

Many are worried that the Armitech presence has channeled criminal elements to places like Chinatown sub-levels, and by extension all of Chinatown. Since criminals can't travel normally, they congregate in once marginally safer places.

Our experts speculate that an increase in gang warfare is to blame. This concentration of criminal elements has put gangs, who were once confined to their own territories, into constant contact.

In finance, BaasTech-Nova Corp. stocks have jumped 10% due in part to their recent acquistion of Palais, a luxuries procurement company out of Luna.

Cocoon Station

On Cocoon, emigration rates have skyrocketed since the beginning of the Armitech presence, and some are worried this will be bad for business. Emigrants from Cocoon comprise mostly of middle class workers, threatening to potentially widen the gulf between wealthy Cocoonites, and the most poor. Though it's not only middle-class residents packing their bags. One notable enterprise, TransWorld Foods, has closed their Cocoon location permanently, leaving local restaurants worried about supply.
