Dear Cocoon,

I want to thank the MGM family and all citizens for pushing through during times like this. You have been heard, and your actions have been humbling. There are many within Cocoon Station suffering with family and friends on Mars. We want to make sure we do everything we can to acknowledge and provide support for you and your families. I understand that these are hard times which may only progress as things escalate, and it troubles my heart to think of such a thing.

MGM has always striven for an environment of diversity, kindness, generosity, and inclusiveness. That is why we are introducing a new program to help the refugees coming to Cocoon Station. One that will be a helping hand to getting them back on their feet. Whether they stay with us or not, we will help train them for jobs, hire, and aid in writing resumes to give them the chance to return to as normal a life as they can. They should be focused on healing, not money or finding food to put on their tables. We can, must, and will do more.

We will be organizing an advisory board to find ways to better support those in need, their families, and the communities that will be making Cocoon their new home. Please welcome our new program: RISE (Refugee Integration Service for Equity.)

I will be taking all support, thoughts, and ideas from our community, advisory board, and MGM employees that come from many different walks of life. We are committed to making our company, and the communities in which we live in and entertain, better for all.

Sincerely, Xavier Vice President, Morpheus Group Management
