In a statement to ONN, Lunite Governor Wayne Thomas Russell had this to say about the impending disaster:
| "Throughout the centuries, the Sol System has looked at Luna as the standard for the highest echelons of our society, the men and women behind the greatest decisions that have shaped our way of life, and our very destiny. Lunites have been tested at every turn, and today is no different. History is looking upon us, the Sol System is looking upon us, waiting for our move. Don't be mistaken, like many times before, we will set the standard for the rest of the Sol System, and we will show everyone that Luna is not only the pinnacle of corporate life, but the Lunites themselves are the pinnacle of cooperation and resilience."
"We have the opportunity once again to demonstrate that Luna colony will persevere as long as we work together. My office will release all resources required to aid and rebuild. So let's get out there and show everyone what we're made of, don't let panic take hold, steel yourselves, because the Sol System is watching." |
