"Hello Sol, This is Chet Johnson, sending you to Cocoon, where our own Smith Comma-John is on the scene of of the aftermath of an odd late light brawl. Smith?"

"This is Smith, Comma-John, with ONN. Last night, violence erupted in the streets of Cocoon as a number of gangs were seen joining together and fighting three unknown people. From eyewitness descriptions, they appeared to be two mutants, and a man in fully enclosed armor. Individuals recognized by their associations with the donovans, the Triads, scavs and others, were noted as alternatively chasing the trio around the streets, with many falling to gunshots, grenades, and some sort of edged weapon.

It is unknown who the civilians were, or what they had done to cause such an eruption of gang violence. but according to an APC representative, afterwards, only so far have found the bodies of gang members littering the streets.
