Street lights, neon beams, high-rises and holo media screens of all kinds came to a sudden flicker and eventually faded to black on the station at 5:22 PM local Cocoon time… An eerie silence passed after several moments, mere seconds felt like minutes, but almost in an instant came back online to full power.

In what appeared to have been a brief blackout has been reassured to us by Cocoon Corporation that the cause of the power-outage was simply a scheduled emergency test cycle in the station's power generators by regulations per New Geneva. From what Cocoon Corp has reported to us, is in comfort that the denizens of Cocoon have nothing to worry over and that this sudden stir in confusion has also been stated to have been a similar occurrence to neighboring stations as well. Cocoon Corp closed their statement by thanking us for our cooperation.
