[Cocoon, 08 March 2494] In the wake of accusations of our collaborative partners, I sit discouraged and disillusioned on how we have been attempting to get to the bottom of a very veracious inquiry.

It is not always easy to acknowledge that those we live and work with, may have hidden radicalism with agendas. It is why security groups are hired as third-parties, to assume the responsibility of what is most hard and most painful. Arc Systems pledges to uphold the highest standards of accountability and diligence in resolving the matter.

Arc Systems adheres to the principle of scrutinizing beyond surface labels. As we are trained security professionals, we understand that you are to never judge a vehicle by its label. You must open the hood to see what parts are there. What parts were contracted out? Which ones are made the quality assurance to that manufacturer.

We will continue our dialogue with key stakeholders in a competent, disciplined, and professional manner, as we will not jeopardize our investigation. There are pieces we must fit together in order to inform the public of the broader story.

We are about fact, truths, and transparency.
