Celebrate, my friends! Celebrate your freedom! Corporate Justice has prevailed, like I always said it would!

Folks, last Saturday night seemed to be like a regular night in our Station, people were shopping, eating, having fun with friends, they were having a grand old time, but do you know who was hard at work? Our friends at Arboria Tactical Systems, they were hard at work so you could enjoy your night out with friends! Protecting you, and protecting your interests, keeping YOU the people, at heart at all times.

FACT: At approximately 7:50 pm local time, Arboria Tactical Systems assembled all their assets into several teams, heading towards one single location: The aptly and not at all intelligently named Dragon Tower in Sector One.

FACT: The Dragon Tower was cleverly disguised as an apartment building, built by Akio Saito's so called "Housing Project", it officially housed low income families, but in reality? It housed the Twin Dragons, the most dangerous and despicable crime syndicate in the station in recent memory. The then Community Representative lied to you in your face, and who knows what else he did with the funds he acquired directly from Cocoon Corp.

FACT: As ATS aimed to land on their landing pad, and have the street access sealed to avoid the Dragons escaping, things didn't go exactly as planned, as a spinner was shot down and crashed on the street level, unfortunately, all valiant ATS Agents on said spinner perished on location. This wouldn't deter ATS, led by both the dashing and daring Jean-Claude Hyde, and the ATS Legend, Kimiko Kagiyama, they resorted to their backup plan: To simply storm the Tower and offer swift arrests to the Twin Dragons. Of course, even as ATS showed mercy, the Dragons refused said offer and took the hard way out.

Folks, what happened during that night was the stuff of movies. Explosions, gunshots, vehicles, criminals, and the Lawgivers. Sector One was isolated from the rest of the station, and ATS proceeded to do what they do best: Win.

Through the night and for the next six hours, a brutal battle ensued, a battle so violent and powerful, that it would shake the very foundations of the Dragon Tower, quite literally too, with ATS's hardware making a short job out of their shields and resistance in general, forcing the Dragons further in, retreating like the bunch of coward losers they truly are. And let me tell you about this building friends, the appearances ended at the entrance, I am told of sub basements, reinforced walls, rooms packed with weapons, it was clear they were getting resources that were effective enough to supply a small army. Imagine folks, not only did ATS stop the Dragons, they saved you from a potential takeover! These Dragons had enough power to try to steal our station, YOUR HOME, from its rightful owner: Cocoon Corp. But there's nothing to worry about anymore, ATS destroyed the Tower, took care of the Twin Dragons, and I am being told at this moment, that Twin Dragons are either dead, fleeing the station in terror, or forced underground where they will hopefully wither out and die.

What does this mean? What happens now that ATS has won?

Folks, there is an expression that used to be uttered all the time back in the day that goes "Sky's the limit", that no longer applies, we own the stars, we inhabit planets, we take our homes wherever we want, so there are no limits to us anymore. What happens now is very simple: The balance of power is retrieved, the full control of Cocoon goes back to Cocoon Corp and the occupation, the one thing you were complaining so much about, is now over. That's right folks, ATS's original mission is over, after several long months of fight and struggle, ATS is fulfilling their promise. Of course, as Arboria Corporation pulls back, ATS remains, but this time, as an agency of Corporate Law Enforcement, bent on serving Cocoon Station and protecting it from future threats. Sector One is being cleansed as we speak, and most criminal activity is being traced back to Sector Two. The battle is over, friends, but the war to rid our station of the criminal elements threatening our quality of life rages on, but do not despair! Our friends at ATS will always be here to fight for us.

What will ATS do now?

Celebrate of course! They have earned it, they have accomplished what no other Corporate Law Agency, and Security Provider Corporation before them couldn't, and every single Agent, even the ones whose names I can't pronounce, deserve a big, fat bonus, a week long of celebrations, and the satisfaction of being the best thing to ever happen to this station in history.

As for me, friends, I know some of you, the ones who matter, will be saddened by my words: the time for me to go has come. Somewhere out there, there's a planet, or a station, or a colony, that requires an unbiased, and truthful voice to pierce the thick dark layer of lies and deceit, to deliver my thoughts on everything that is happening, to reflect on the true power Corporations hold, and to inform you: The Corporate Law abiding citizens of the reality affecting your lives. My contract with ONN has come to an end, and this will be the last time you hear the words of The Storm.

And yes, some of you will celebrate the fact that I will be leaving, thinking that now, finally, a semblance of "order" will come back to the station. But with the Dragons gone, the rest of the criminals holed up and cornered on Sector Two. My question to you is: What exactly are you celebrating? Your mediocrity? Your rebellion against the Corporations that employ you, pay you, and sustain your lifestyle?

As I leave you with my final words, friends, always remember: Your actions define your consequences: Work with the Corporations and the Corporations will work with you, turn your back on the Corporations and the Corporations will grind you under their heel. This is the reality of your life now, this will always be your reality, the more you resist, the more you will suffer. So do yourself a favor, and think real hard about what you want the rest of your life to be.

And with that, folks, I bid you all adieu, I hope things in the station really pick up for the best, for all of you, and I hope I don't have to return here, because with my words, a new threat will loom over the criminal elements.

The Storm Has Spoken.
