Chad: So you heard that there is a huge warrant out for the mutant that killed Private Kenneth Kido?
[Gasps and mouths open]
Dianne: Figures it was a mutant! Will you owe me on that bet! (she slaps the table)
Chad: Yes with another charge of cannibalism on top of it. Says here, that the body was chewed…
[More gasps. Will just stares.]
Will: Well, are we sure that it wasn’t a human pretending to be--?
Chad: (cuts in) --No Will, your sympathy for such creatures astounds me. I say, we find a virus that attacks those with mutated genes. Solves the problem.
Will: If you are saying that Armitech placed a label of cannibalism, that by definition is “an animal that feeds on flesh of its own species.” That would allude to a human eating human… Or you are saying the Armitech has Mutants, of which Kido was one? Mutant on mutant action…?
[Silence]
Dianne: (pipes in) “So are you saying Will that mutants are not people? I can throw right back at you. Science says their genes are mutated, hence the word, MUTANT. Science says they are animals. We can pull up multiple studies on this. They are spawn that should not even be procreating.”
Chad: Wait they can procreate? Who allowed that?
Dianne: You are kidding…
Chad: Yes! Yes! Of course I am kidding! Ha ha! Why can’t you handle a joke? Either way, I strongly emphasize our viewers to strike against the mutants and clean from our cities. Let them run off to Mars, they are not needed here. Especially if they are eating humans. If Mars wants to be an safe haven island, let them, with all the problems mutants bring. If they don’t leave, they should all be killed.
Will: (deadpan, a blink) Tall order, who will pay for all that ammunition to get that complete?
Dianne: Mutant tax! Make muties pay for it! Mankind Not Mutantkind! MANKIND!
Chad: Free Company loves to keep them and also train them no? This... this is not okay... training them to fight? Giving them weapons? Their leader Commander Nadir ibn Al-Dhahabi is a sympathizer.
Dianne: Was he not taken into Armitech custody?
[Will is now absent from this conversation, his chair is also removed.]
Chad: I had heard that. Armitech did a brilliant job, though seems like an echo of the past. Maybe it was due to his training of mutants. This is against Armitech's goals and policies in the safety and security of the city. Do you think one of his mutants committed to that attack?
