Ru Morgot's Gossip Corner
the screen whites out. a black pair of lips kissing the screen with that familiar kissing sound before it fades to the studio. Ru sits in her usual position. only from her nose down is she visible
Ru: "Hello there Birdies. I'm your Host Ru Morgot, this is my Gossip corner and do we have some JUICY rumors today~"
the studio lighting changed to a soft baby blue
Ru: "So. heard this one? on Luna there has been talk of a Haunting. a Penthouse long abandoned, people claim to have seen some strange lights shining trough the windows, moving. this one sounds a little scary Birdies. good thing I'm not on Luna~ not sure I believe in hauntings and spirits. but the Birdies have been flocking in on this Rumor"
The lights turn a blood red hue.
Ru: "Ya'll heard of Coven? seems like Armitech has been pushing for bounties on their members. people have been going after them and well...none of them came back. there are even Rumors of one of the members, a mutant, being a cannibal. eating one of the AT members. if you ask me, its not a good look for us Mutants."
the lights changed hue. a more brighter red. Armitech Red
Ru: "NOW...this one. is quite Juicy and likely the best one I heard so far. a two for one. some Birdies tell me that AT is looking at a contract renewal coming the end of October. Meaning that we would see them longer on Cocoon."
Ru breathes in
Ru: "on the other side, Birdies are telling me that the contract will be under review. meaning that there is a chance that Cocoon will be free of Armitech. I will be honest. this one was split so evenly I did not know what to believe."
the lights start to fade
Ru: "now little birdies. I ran out of time. as always. believe what you want to. these are rumors after all. I will see you in the next episode"
the screen fades to white. once more the Black lips kissing the screen before the next program begins
