A running gun battle between AICHI Security forces and an unidentified assailant sent workers at Cocoon's spacedock scrambling for cover earlier today.

According to eyewitnesses, the attacker, a woman in vacuum combat gear, had attempted to seize control of a docked CSC freighter, setting off alarms at the spacedock. AICHI Security Agent Derrick Sullivan responded to the alert and exchanged fire with the would-be hijacker, forcing her to retreat. No injuries were reported. Reports suggest that the woman may have had an accomplice, a man or woman in black powered infantry armor.

While some are speculating that this incident is related to the recent increase in pirate activity throughout the solar system, there is currently no evidence connecting the two.
