NOVO VLADIVOSTOK- The bombing of the gargantuan shipping vessel N.R.F. Kalinka that stunned stargazing citizens on the fourth of April has been the subject of much rumor and conjecture. After ardent and dutiful investigation the Regional Authority has released the following statements regarding the incident.

The spokesman for the administration, Alexei Kharitonov, said earlier Wednesday morning, "We can confirm that one of the bodies found in the wreckage was that of shipping magnate, Viktor V██ERRØR█, and he is currently believed to be the primary target of the attack. The rest of the bodies have been identified as the crew of the N.R.F. Kalinka through their subdermal ID’s but we have not yet found any trace of V█H4H4H██ V██FVXC0DERVL35███ aboard. She was last registered entering orbit along with her father and is wanted for questioning by the Regional Authority. If you have any information as to her current whereabouts please fill a report with your local administrative official and you will receive a work relief ticket upon verification of the data."
