The Show’s catchy intro is stepped up a bit for urgency, and there are a lot more logos that show on the load-in before there’s Alice, her polished demeanor, pleasant expression, and neither here nor there voice all lending to the very polished and corporate nature of the program. All the Product Placement doesn't hurt either.

| “Thanks again for joining me. We're in week 5 of the Black Tenet spread. While most major stations and corporations are starting to see a fall off in new infections, more remote stations are seeing a surge. That being said, we're also starting to hear about promising results on the development of a cure for those already infected with Black Tenet.
NSI continues to deploy new hardware and says that they are currently on target for full launch. We're starting to see some of those updates take effect, and there have been some concerns as the protections are more robust than they have been in the past. This is a new age. And corporations are not in a position to stand idly by while a threat like this ravages the very systems they built, support and maintain for all of us. Also, as it's a new deployment, the ICE is going to be more aggressive until it learns what is and is not truly a threat. On full rollout, there's plans for an automated appeals system, so that should you find your connection disabled due to a mistake in the system, you'll be able to appeal and re-verify your identity to regain access. In the meantime, it's recommended you continue to utilize your company's verification processes to restore access if you find yourself disabled by mistake. When we get back, we'll take a look at a new Therapy AI.” |
[COMMERCIAL BREAK]

| “Welcome back! I've really gotten to enjoy my newfound relationship with Genetectic, and Dr. Faith was kind enough to give me a preview of their new specialized psychotherapy AI analysis system.
Now, if you've ever bought their base therapy AI, Siggi, you're likely familiar with its processes. Siggi overall is fine. It's mostly good for analysis, not as much for therapy, but Siggi works well as a support for a live professional, and is good at tracking real time information. It's a platform intended to be upgraded, and your mental health professional may suggest upgrades based on their analysis of your needs. Genetectic's Gatekeeper+ is going to speed the upgrade assignment by using AI analytics to recommend upgrades and customizations to Siggi creating an array of new therapeutic personalities. Even some capable of being loaded into a chassis for contact therapies such as cuddling or role playing. Even better, these new personalities aren't just going to be sorted by the type of therapy they provide, but suited to your needs. Are you in a career field that involves inflicting violence? Your Cyber Psychiatrist may suggest the Bracco upgrade, which will specialize your Siggi to help you process trauma you inflict, which is more specialized than generally treating trauma. As a cyber-psychiatrist, I'm really excited to see these upgrades, and the opportunities this new system presents. When we get back, we'll look at Gigabites new drinks for MeteoCorp's Sakura Festival.” |
[COMMERCIAL BREAK]

| “Glad you're back! As you know, I had a love of Gigabites before they started paying me for it. Any hard-working professional likely uses some form of stimulant to keep their edge, so why not let that edge be a treat too?
As we're seeing the Sakura Holograms in Neo Tokyo, that's our reminder that Meteo Corp will be changing seasons, and so Gigabites, in the spirit of that cycle, has a few new drinks and treats to celebrate that spirit while on the go. The Petal Latte is probably my current favorite - It's a Soykaffe vanilla latte with a cherry white chocolate swirl. So.. everything about that is wonderful, and that hint of cherry with the vanilla and cream just makes everything seem a little softer. The Pink Dragon Boba is a strawberry and cherry milk tea boba that's the perfect refresher on your commute. And of course, you may as well grab any of the cherry themed pastries while you're at it. The authenticity of their real fruit derived flavoring really elevates their product to make it worth the premium. I wanted to end the night on something that seems a little trivial and silly and superficial, frankly because I've had to talk about a lot of very heavy serious things. And a silly pink drink and a sugar coated pastry once in a while really do just cheer me back up. Look for your own little moments of joy. Be good to yourselves, and each other. Thank you, and good night.” |
