Vince Vishas, the New London punk rock star, died yesterday in Ny Berlin after taking an overdose of Blue Brute.

His naked body was found at 5:30 on the afternoon of November 26th 2488 in his room in the Barr Hotel. The body was discovered by Jay Savage, who is both his lover and his drummer.

Police have said that the band told them he had been using a condensed, crystallized version of Blue Brute at a party held in the hotel to celebrate the end of their most recent tour just a day earlier. A syringe, a spoon, and a substance - likely Blue Brute residue - were found near the body, police said.

Vishas, aged 21, had just finished a tour of the Nordic colonies with his band Vince Vishas and The Wallcrawlers when his band members noted that his behavior had become more hectic than they were previously used to. They say despite this, he was "jovial, happy, and contemplating a bright future."

A police spokesman said last night that Vishas did not intend to kill himself.

"It was an accident," said Ny Berlin's chief medical examiner.
Dr. Josef Klein called the death "inadvertent."

Vishas was born Vincent Simon Lydon, and grew up in New London, starting as a bassist in a small punk group known as Hektik before forming his own group. He was known for his violent tendencies, his anarchist attitude, and his public abuse of narcotics.

Nolan McIntyre, who managed Vince Vishas and The Wallcrawlers, said last year, "Vince had tremendous outbursts of temper and a lot of the time he was like a bull at a gate."

Friends described him as very emotional, unstable, and destructive.

"It's not over though." Jay Savage said. "It's not the first time he's done something this stupid and it won't be the last."

For any other person this comment would seem strange, but Vishas is known for reckless acts and dangerous indulgences which has led to the very same fate multiple times before.

According to an unnamed source, Vishas' newest incarnation has been prepared in Genetectic in Cocoon, where he will be once again able to work with his band as he pursues a contract with none other than MGM.
