ONN: Strange Security Mobilization in Luna Colony

Today at 14:00 hours Luna Colony saw a massive security display. A group of highly trained operatives entered the Luna Colony seemingly looking for something specific. They then went to the Belle Vue Complex and a few minutes later a woman was brought out, pink haired, delicate figure, none other than APD Direktor Miwa Hiraki. She was flanked by the operatives and promptly escorted to a white shuttle, searches for the owner of said shuttle revealed nothing.
The operatives then thanked Matsumoto's forces for the authorization publicly, one of our reporters tried asking questions but they were quickly shut down as these individuals boarded the secondary shuttle and departed quickly.
Logical thinking would be telling us that Armitech Defense went to remove Miwa Hiraki from Luna, maybe from an Armitech property and to take her to a safer location, maybe a security issue of some sort, but from what we do know about the secretive Hiraki is that she owns her condo in Luna and the second thing to note is that these operatives wore black with white accents and had a hexagonal pattern logo on several parts of their armor, not exactly Armitech Colors.
Witness accounts tell us that these operatives spoke in French and that they only spoke English once, when thanking Matsumoto forces for the interventions and shutting down our reporter. The few snippets of dialog they were able to overhear hinted to a 'job' and the word they heard most was 'sao', if that is even a word.
Who are these people? Why did they take Miwa Hiraki from Luna Colony? If Armitech did not do this... What is really happening? So many questions and not many answers given.
