ONN: Massive Explosion Outside Hades Colony

At 18:44 local time, a massive explosion was registered outside Hades Colony. While the details are sketchy at this time, there's reason to believe that this explosion was not caused by Advanced Research and Experimental Systems.
As you may recall, after the decimation of Hades Colony, ARES left three ships on site to coordinate patrolling and the safeguarding of Hades Colony. As reported previously, these Elite Omega Units were never seen before, and they displayed capabilities and processing speeds that were off the charts. Patrolling every six hours, there was an instance when something changed and a permanent patrol was set on the colony, with rumors of survivors moving underneath through rumored tunnels, it was reasonably difficult for them to move around with a permanent presence from Advanced Research and Experimental Systems.
At the moment of this report, we're getting word that whatever that explosion was, it took out the two cruiser ships, and the capital ship that were overseeing Hades Colony, not to mention all of the Elite Omega Units, estimated to have been in the tens of thousands.
