The Seoulite rocker Jessie Havok held a street concert to draw attention to New Geneva's lack of response to the widespread Black Tenet virus. With him were Mell Dale (lead guitarist,) Quartz (drummer,) and Rory Tanner (bassist) of Yellow-Fried Monkeys to deliver a powerful message:

"Don't let yourself be fooled, brothers and sisters," frontman Jessie addresses the crowd. "Black Tenet is not some rogue virus an angry bithead slapped together in his man cave, but a coordinated attack on the people!

They want you locked up in your cubicles, starving for scratch and attention. Once you're driven mad, only then will they come knocking on your door. They'll taunt you with their so-called miracle cure, and you'll pay them because you got no other choice, nothing but debt-slaves for generations to come!"

The pro tem group played songs of the now-disbanded neo-hardcore punk band R|O|N|I|N, Cocoons Housing Corpses, and Biosystem Overstress, the latter of which they were unable to finish before Rising Sun Security forces collapsed down on the crowd. The ensuing riot saw several buildings and vehicles vandalized. Twelve rioters were killed, and twenty-seven injured. RSS forces suffered one casualty. Amidst the chaos, Jessie, Mell, and Rory managed to flee the scene. Quartz was shot and killed by an RSS operative as he climbed the fence leading into a back alleyway behind the ByteMAX store.

The original band members of R|O|N|I|N refuse to comment.
