Arborian Occupied Cocoon Station, Wintermute Management System
Crime has continued to run rampant within Cocoon station, with recent incidents such as the Arboria tower burning, Genetectic, Pulse and Luxxon hotel shootings that all still weigh heavy upon our minds and have all involved the despicable construct that is the rogue replicant or synthetic being, Arboria Corporation would like to remind you that our presence within your station is meant to assist in these troubling times.
Whether it is the deranged known rogue replicant, "Lexxus", to members of the despicable Mutant Gang or the notorious Yakuza syndicate group--The Twin Dragons; Arboria Tactical Systems is yours to serve and protect your assets, body and belongings and any of the in-between. It is with this message, that I implore you--the citizens and vagrants of Cocoon Station, to bring forth your skills, knowledge and most importantly of all--your cooperation to the Agents of ATS. Our Agents within Cocoon have been instilled with greater power than ever before in your Station, they possess the ability to arrest, prosecute, recondition, reprogram and terminate any individual or being within Cocoon Station as per Arborian law; they possess deadly authority and must be allowed to operate unhindered.
It is for this reason that I implore and request our corporate allies to assist with our endeavor, for it is a shared one indeed. By Arborian law, Agents of ATS may lawfully operate within any corporate ground of an occupied city-state, this includes grounds within owned establishments by any corporation. Any privacy or right to withhold property upon any corporate or personal assets within an occupied state is forfeit. By these Arborian laws, our Agents request your cooperation and assistance, yet now have been authorized to enforce with deadly force if these laws go unrespected.
It is with these troubling words, do I make remarks on these troubling times within this station, but there is hope within the darkness; ATS is happy to present that overall crime rates within the station have decreased by a full quarter of the original percentage pre-ATS. A decrease in petty crime makes up the majority of the stats, alongside the absence of any major Twin Dragons activity and the near eradication of the Mutant Gang. But with your assistance, these totals could be made greater; a bounty is to be made public for two individuals:
(1): Fred Khaled [biometric data attained through akira taxi transport logs]: Suspect for the crimes of : Aiding and abetting a known criminal, Resisting arrest, Fleeing a crime scene, Failing to submit proper ID. Arrest and interrogation pending. Temporary revocation of driver's license and travel ban in effect.
(2): Jane Rain [audio/video file on record] : Suspect for the crimes of : Resisting arrest, Failure to surrender proper ID, Fleeing a crime scene, Possible Kidnapping. Arrest and interrogation pending. Temporary travel ban in effect.
All current evidence on these two public bounties have been spearheaded by Ace Agent Kimiko, Kagiyama.
ATS has decided to publicize specific current cases to enlist local cooperation and assistance, alongside to instill a sense of hope in the security of your station as we fight to make these cases successful. The suspects listed here *will* be brought in and will be prosecuted. These announcements will be made upon a consistent basis and will be updated to have any relevant or new information upon current cases and top suspects. This process is automatic and cannot be retracted.
ATS will continue indefinitely upon their hard work as they persist to secure this station, the gangs will be neutralized, lesser beings such as synthetics and replicants will be brought into their rightful subservient places and the heathens that follow the Twin Dragon's newly founded religion will be corrected.
