Cocoon Station has had a very rough several months, from Armitech's contract to the station to run security, to the increasing social unrest, and the culmination of a terrorist attack on the then Armitech Tower that resulted in a nuclear meltdown, a collapse of the structure, and several lives cut short, and to the arrival of both ARES and Matsumoto lending their efforts into the securing and recovery of Cocoon Station.
Many denizens have moved out, but many more have moved in, either with the promise of a better life now that things all over the Sol System are changing, or for the reputation Cocoon Station has made for itself: A tough station for tough people with tough lives.
After the exit of Armitech, temporary security services fell on a combined force of ARES and Matsumoto Operatives, however, that has come to an end today. Mr. John Smith a representative of Cocoon Station issued a brief but powerful statement.
"Our habitat, that is to say, Cocoon Station, has contracted the services of Arc Systems for the purposes of security and protection of corporate assets as well as the preservation of the interests of CocoonCorp. CocoonCorp is pleased with the monetary arrangement that preceded this announcement. CocoonCorp believes Arc Systems will offer the careful and attentive services Cocoon Station denizens deserve."
Today, the last operatives from ARES and Matsumoto have left the station, not before receiving the thanks and appreciation from the countless denizens they helped and saved. A new era begins for Cocoon Station under Arc Systems.
