Citizens of Cocoon Orbital Station,

As previously communicated, Cocoon Corporation is determined to see our station finally free from the threat of criminal terrorist attacks that have caused so much death and damage to citizens and corporations alike during the past months. The bombing of the Arborian building caused hundreds of deaths back in April this year, and more recently, the terrorist attack on the Arborian Tactical Systems building with almost a hundred civilian casualties.

In agreement with New Geneva, and in coordination with Arboria Corporation, we are pleased to announce that effective immediately, Arborian Tactical Systems will be officially appointed full jurisdiction over all levels of Sectors Three and Four, to be progressively expanded to the remaining sectors on the station as security capacity increases. For the best cooperation and crime prevention, private security in business and companies are strongly requested to support and cooperate with ATS agents in the streets whenever needed and involve them as soon as required.
