|“Hello Sol System, this is Kusanagi Akio, formerly known as Saito Akio, one of the two founders to the now defunct Twin Dragons Syndicate, and Father to the Kakusareta Akuma, otherwise known as the Hidden Demons. Among our greater crimes, we can count the creation and maintenance of the biggest and most successful network of Black Markets, the only successful Heist on SolBank a few years back, and most recently? The only true effort to bear results when New Geneva deemed Mutants as second class citizens: The smuggling of any and all who wished to elude the oppressive grasp of New Geneva and wanted a real shot at a fair life. And we didn't even stop with Mutants: Synths, and Replicants whose only sin was to realize they were more than appliances or slaves, and who wanted more of the life that they were given, only to be discarded when those who would presume to be their Masters grew bored with them or moved on to the newer and most exciting models.

For years, we have managed to keep appearances to those outside my Family: We're just criminals, we deal in drugs, we are those who live outside the graces of corporations, therefore, we must be criminals of the worst kind. But at the same time, we have worked hard to grow within the shadows and away from the faithful and most vigilant corporate eye. After our arrival on Mars, we didn't simply take over Hades Colony, we made it home to the disenfranchised, and those who were discarded by corporations, and we didn't stop there, we never stopped there, as we even established relations with the Martian Native Tribe Clans.

For the first time since corporations landed on Mars, the Clans have united in one voice, and one purpose. Voice and purpose of which I am its face.

We hereby declare Mars an independent planet from Corporate control, from Corporate influence, and from Corporate Authority.

We don't recognize New Geneva as any form of government or authority with any influence on Mars as a whole.

We, Martians from the Hidden Demons Clan, Dusk Walker Clan, Red Sand Clan, Blue Dune Clan, and Star Seer Clan hereby declare our intentions of taking this planet back from Corporate greed and oppression, and to give it back to its people.

We will give peace a chance before any blood, Martian or otherwise, is shed, we will grant a twenty four hours period for representatives of both Advanced Research and Experimental Systems, otherwise known as ARES who presumes to be the corporate entity owning Mars, and New Geneva, the closest embodiment to a corrupt government operating solely under corporate interests instead of the wellbeing of the people in the Sol System to contact the Council of Martians, the only ruling body over the red planet.

These are our demands:

*For corporations operating on Mars to be regulated. Commercial entities are meant to offer good and services, never to have a say in the life of people of all walks of life.

*For corporations to stop exploiting anyone and everyone not living under their corporate beliefs. Corporations have a habit of defining anyone not playing along their rules as criminals or undesirables, that ends now.

*For all defense/offense systems, military grade and otherwise, orbital and otherwise, to be immediately surrendered to the full control of the Council of Martians. Just because ARES and New Geneva retreat, does not guarantee other organizations, corporate or otherwise, won't try to take over the planet. That will never happen again.

*For ARES to vacate immediately Olympus Mons and to move the brunt of their military forces out of Mars and its Moons. For years, be it by sins perpetuated by ARES, or its predecessor, countless Martian Holy Grounds have been desecrated, destroyed, or otherwise buried. Olympus Mons is to become the greatest Martian Holy Grounds, and a representation of the new era for the planet, a matter of Faith that does not concern any corporations whatsoever.

*For ARES to remove any and all experimental and testing facilities from Phobos and Deimos immediately. All controversial testing, as well as human experiment trials end now. As advanced as ARES is, they can surely find an asteroid where to conduct their atrocities in peace, without affecting the lives of any more Martians.

*For ARES, New Geneva, and any and all Corporations that have had a hand in the atrocities committed on Mars on behalf of corporate progress, to pay no less than five hundred billion credits in compensations to damages done since the first corporate occupation of the planet, and the different massacres and wars that corporations simply called "Conflicts". Martian lives are invaluable, but these funds will be employed to improve the quality of life of all Martians.

In turn, we are prepared to offer any and all corporations that want to operate on Mars and its moons: Phobos and Deimos, a fair process and regulation plans. We understand that in this time and age, corporations are too intertwined to life, we don't seek to eradicate corporations, but if they intend to operate on Mars, to offer goods and services, they will do so under Martian Law.

However, knowing ARES, and keeping track with the less than stellar track from New Geneva, we are realistic on how this is going to go: The offer for a peaceful approach is on the table, but we have no reason to believe that a megacorporation with War as its only motivator, and the Government Body that turns a blind eye to anything as long as it doesn't represent monetary loss will accept the means to peacefully resolve this, especially if they consider they have a good chance to both spin the media in their favor, and flex their muscle against Martian Independence.

To you, I say this: Unlike loudmouths trashing New Geneva and hiding behind corporate desks, we have the means, the numbers, and the intent to back up our claims. We are ready to go to War for this purpose, we are ready to shed blood, ours and yours, and tint the sands of Mars ever so redder. But most importantly? We are ready to die so we can see this planet liberated from your greed, your lies, and your decay.

This will certainly cause a lot of chatter in the ShadowNET, as it's expected, some Pro Corporate figures will disguise themselves as Denizens of the NET and attempt to discredit this movement, but some of you will see it, and will understand this is as real as it gets.

For those of you in the NET, I say this: This is a War for Martians, by Martians, and we are aware what we're fighting for, who we're fighting, and what we're facing. If you intend to join the fight, know that this War will not be contained on Mars alone, this War will change the face of corporations, and the entire Sol System forever, be prepared to lose it all, and gain little or nothing in return for your efforts, be prepared to be on your own against insurmountable odds, this War will not end today, or tomorrow, but when it does, either corporations will be standing, or we will. Otherwise, if you have no intention to join the fight, I only ask that you stay out of our way, and let us fight for our freedom, and our Independence.
